PORSCHE 935/78

$35.00

The Martini Racing Porsche 935/78 “Moby Dick” driven by Rolf Stommelen and Manfred Schurti at the 1978 24 Hours of Le Mans. The 935/78 was the final version of the extremely successful 935 Porsche racecar. Initially, it was developed specifically for the 24 hours of Le Mans and raced for only a partial season. The 935/78 won its debut race at Silverstone, but had a disappointing finish at Le Mans, suffering mechanical issues during the race but still managing an 8th place finish. The 935 to this day remains arguably the most successful production-based Porsche racecar ever developed by the Porsche factory.
