BOSS 302 MUSTANG

$35.00

The extraordinary Allan Moffatt Boss 302 Mustang became a legend in Australian big bore sedan racing during the “Pony Car” years of 1969, 1970 and 1971. Closely following the major USA manufacturers’ commitment to professional-level road racing with their high-performance sedan models in what became known as “Trans Am,” racer/car builder Allan Moffatt reigned supreme as a prime mover of Trans Am racing in Australia, campaigning his Boss 302 Ford Mustang to 101 wins in a total of 161 races during the 1969-1971 time period. Competing against the formidable factory-backed Chevrolet Camaros, AMC Javelins, Plymouth Barracudas and other Ford Mustangs, Allan Moffatt proved a dominant force in Trans Am during the rise of the V8-powered American Sedans that became a global phenomenon of Trans Am production car road racing.
