ALFA ROMEO TIPO 33/3

$35.00

A sensational car with results that did not match its potential. The Alfa Romeo Tipo 33/3, driven by Rolf Stommelen and Nanni Galli at the 1970 Monza 1000 km. The number 38 Alfa Romeo finished 7th overall and third in the 3-litre Prototype class. Alfa Romeo’s Autodelta team brought four cars to Autodromo Nazionale di Monza. The number 41 Alfa T-33 driven by Andrea de Adamich and Piers Courage finished 13th, the number 39 and number 40 cars failed to finish the race due to mechanical issues. Autodelta then brought four cars (with special Coda Lunga bodywork) to Le Mans in June, and unfortunately none of the cars finished the race.
